KUDOKE has quietly built a cult following among collectors who appreciate classical finishing, and a slightly offbeat approach to time display. The KUDOKE 3, first released in 2023 as part of the HANDwerk collection, stood out immediately with its award-winning design—earning the GPHG Petite Aiguille prize thanks to its poetic time display and minimal but masterful construction.

This new 2025 variant brings a fresh dial decoration to the table: a hand-engraved “Flakes” motif on the upper dial, available in either yellow gold plating or white rhodium finish. Executed entirely by hand, the engraving reflects light in soft, organic waves, framed by a polished bevel that adds visual depth. It’s a detail that doesn’t scream—but whispers refinement.

The time display remains quietly unconventional. A blued steel minute hand marks time in traditional fashion, while a three-armed hour hand rotates across a lower, segmented dial. The mechanism allows each arm to indicate two hours before the next arm takes over, creating a slow-motion, almost meditative complication.

At 39mm with a slim 10.3mm profile, the case retains KUDOKE’s clean proportions and classical silhouette. Inside, KALIBER 1—Kudoke’s in-house, manually-wound movement—is visible through the sapphire caseback. Inspired by old English pocket watches, it features frosted bridges, polished bevels, and plenty of hand-finishing throughout.
